a(d)- The anxiety levels associated with a holiday of duration d. Anxiety is defined as the increasing feeling of stress about needing to return to jobs, home in order to complete various tasks.
b(d)- The boredom levels associated with a holiday of duration d. As time increases people tend to get more bored with being on holidays and have a desire to return to work.
r(d)- The relaxation levels associated with a holiday of duration d. As the holiday duration increases people tend to become more relaxed.
